Room rate is $135 per night plus a $65 refundable deposit.  Sunflower Room requires a 2-night minimum. 
Minimum age to rent:   18
Room rate is based upon 4 person occupancy.  Sunflower Room rate is based upon 5 person occupancy. 
There will be a $25/person fee for additional guests.
Pets are allowed with Cactus Silo owner's prior approval.  There will be a $35 per pet fee.  Pets must be on leashes at all times.
State and local taxes will be added to all room rates.  Charges will appear as "MBC Holdings, LLC".

The refundable deposit will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days after your stay. 
The deposit will NOT be returned to you if damage was caused by you,  your guests, or your pets during the stay.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% refund if cancel more than 7 days before check-in date.  Deposit will be forfeited.
No refund if cancel 7 days or less before check-in date or no-show.  Deposit will be forfeited.

We are not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen or left behind in the silos during your stay.

No RV's or tents allowed.  No parties or events allowed.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the silos.  A bench area is provided behind each silo where smoking is permitted.

You are welcome to walk within the designated fenced area of the silos, but please do NOT enter gates or climb fences to the adjoining property.  There are cows and horses in the nearby pastures.  Our dogs and cats may venture to your silo.  We ask that you refrain from touching or feeding any of these animals.

**We reserve the right to refuse your reservation for any reason we may deem a liability.  We reserve the right to terminate your stay if you, your guests or your pets are in violation of Cactus Silo policies with no refund.
